[NM] Midi talkback, G2 Engine, Behringer BCR2000

BCR and G2E are a good combination (I use it too). The G2E does not
automatically spit out the cc's at patch load or variation change. However,
there is a sysex message you can send from the BCR to request the controller
dump. Using the learn-function on the BCR, it is possible to have it send
sysex strings. See the manuals of both machines for details.
