[NM] NM editor

[Matt Pound]

I gave the editer a basic go in Vista RC1 virtual machine and it seemed to
work fine.

It loaded patches and allowed me to modify them, but I didn't have a midi
interface so I was unable to see if it connected to the synth OK.
