[NM] help??

Hello:  I have problems with the editor 2.1 of Nord Modular rack in Xp: I
can´t open it.  If I use 3.03 no problems, but always disconnect of my
computer.  Please... help me.

USB MIDI and is working!..just need 2 amp her up and i can finally
