[NM] How to reset a NM1 ???

Hello,
its too long ago since i used the NM1 regulary and i there is this  
berlin party alzheimer...

I have problems with my machine .

sometimes it dont sees the pazches and calls all location unused.

sometimes it gives an error message when trying to load a patch.

switching the machin on and off clears that situation.

Question:

Is there a factory reset command?

I remember that reformating of the memory can help...
whats the best way to do that?

I recently installed the dsp expansion...
Can the problems be related to that?
Is it maybe necessary to reformat the memory or do some kind of reset  
after the instalation?
