Hi,

Oberheim OB-Xa. Both oscillators on saw waves, with no detune, lowpass 
filter, slight envelope on the pitch that gives it the "twangy" sound. 
For the pitch envelope, use a short attack and decay and for the rest 
zero sustain and release, with negative modulation. EQ on the highs to 
give it a bit more shine.

There should be a pre-built patch for this, I'm pretty sure.
