That is also what I thought. My first reason to test midi signal was my
deception controlling the native instrument B4 with the modular.
But I was surprised because midi datas modulation arrive earlyer than
audio modulation.
My test isn't very precise:
I play a sound with volume modulated by ctrl pedal. At one time, I
change the pedal position from 0 to 127 the quickest possible.
I check the 2 tracks recorded: midi track show modulation before audio
track.
